Important Notice for All Vendors

If you plan to make sales at the event, you must have both a Peoria Business License and an Arizona TPT License. Please submit your licenses using the form link below.

1. Peoria Business License

Required for conducting business within Peoria city limits.

2. Arizona Transaction Privilege Tax (TPT) License

Required for selling goods or services in Arizona.
